Lighting in the room. I have to switch off the light by pulling chain from ceiling fan!!!!! Water heater was not working properly. Room furniture too old. Safe was not working.

Good hotel, bars and restaurants around, because of its perfect location worthy the money we spent

Very good location, bars, restaurants, supermarkets around, a comfy room, good wi-fi and air condition, helpful staff (the younger woman), 3 min from the Patong Beach, 5 min from the city center.

Hotel with 5 floors and steep stairs has no lift

The ladies i met at receptikn where really helpful and organised a great tour for a good price It was reasonably quiet and close to everything you need ..laudary only meters away...massage metters awa...nice restaurants meters awa... atm and convienance store within 100m

The toilet made a big gurggling sound when anyonr elsed in the hotel used their toilet Your window looks straight into another hotel bedroom but there is nothing that can be done about it and to be honrst it didnt bother me

Hotel not far from beach and Bangla road. Room looks very nice and clean. My room was with balcony.

I lived on 5 floor and there no elevator in hotel. So it’s not easy to go high floor. Curtains in room must be closed all time because opposite hotel placed near 5 meters and neighbors can see what you do clearly. I put table “please don’t disturb” but maid always knocked my door 2-3 times every day.

Room is big and with a balcony. Cleaning service — every day from 8 to 14. Two bottles of water provided each day for free. A good massage salon right below the hotel. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

It's not very quiet here. The walls are so thin, you can hear literally everything what happens in other rooms and on the street.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the free water bottles, free beach towels, great shower and location made it worthwhile. The friendly staff helped us getting around in Patong and suggested where to eat and which transport to use. Would definitely recommend for new travellers with a small budget.

Location is good. Close to everything ;massage, restaurants,night market, 3 mins to the beach, and Bangla Road is about 10 mins walk.

The room doesn't have a double lock or a lash on the door. The wall in our room has a big stain above the TV. The cleanliness need to be improved.

Very close to the beach and center. A lot of restaurant and shop around the hostel. The room very simple but cleand and comfortable, big size. The staff very friendly.

Only have a reception, no common areas. Don't have lift if you need.
